Juan Maidagan was Guest Professor for the Master in Fine Art at Umea University Sweden, and he has been given lectures and seminars in a wide range of institutions as Rethinking the notion of the studio at K- ARTS University of Arts Seoul and CNU Chun Nam University in collaboration with Global Institute for the 7th Gwangju Biennale and On Scale in the Cover. KW 5th Berlin Biennial Nights. He has participated in many scientific projects focusing on environment and biodiversity, as for example:
